How do I know which plan is right for my family?
“Tailored Recommendations” includes our personalized recommendations for your trip, based on your travel group’s budget, preferences and interests, and the length of your stay. This allows you to plan your day-to-day itinerary using information from the Recommendations.
“Itinerary” will include personalized full day itineraries for the time period selected. We will order and group the recommendations into cohesive day by day plans for you.
Will EFTF complete the bookings for my travel plan?
Through this trip planning service, EFTF makes recommendations for lodgings, restaurants, and how to spend your time. EFTF does not complete bookings for any recommendations.
When should I order my EFTF travel plan?
We aim to give the most up to date and complete information and so suggest ordering within 6 months of your departure.
What is the turnaround time for my travel plan?
EFTF will complete your travel plan within 4 weeks of purchase. Rush orders (within 2 weeks) can be accommodated for an additional fee- please select the Rush option when booking.
Can I give a gift certificate for EFTF trip planning services?
Yes!
Can you help me plan a trip to [name any other European location!]?
Possibly! This will depend on availability and our familiarity with the location. But let’s talk, we love to make things happen.
What are the terms and conditions of my plan?
Parador LLC, dba Europe for the Family (EFTF), is providing custom family travel planning done by Lawrence C III and/or Rebecca L Majewski.
The Purchaser completes the Intake Questionnaire which is used by Lawrence and/or Rebecca to create the custom family travel plan (the Plan) specific to each Purchaser. The Purchaser agrees that the Plan is nonrefundable once delivered. The Purchaser agrees not to copy, reproduce or distribute the contents of the Plan beyond the use of the Purchaser and their group for the purposes of the travel described in the EFTF Preference Questionnaire. Completed Plans are the copyright property of EFTF.
EFTF is responsible for making personalized recommendations to the Purchaser. EFTF is NOT responsible for making reservations or ticketing for any recommendation. Reservations, ticketing, and making all bookings are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
Lawrence and/or Rebecca are available for changes and additional requests following delivery of the Plan. Additional work will be billed to the Purchaser at $125/hour.
EFTF custom family travel Plans are created with the most current and accurate information available at the time of delivery. EFTF cannot be responsible for unexpected closures or any unforeseen circumstances that occur prior to or during the Purchaser’s travel. Further, EFTF cannot assume any legal liability for anything that occurs during the Purchaser’s travel.
By purchasing an EFTF custom family travel plan, you agree to proceed under these terms and conditions.
